We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will take place within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily dispatch cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications under UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
